By downloading or using Kawa Royale ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. Entertainment Only

Kawa Royale is a free-to-play game for entertainment purposes only. The app does not offer real money gambling, and no real money or prizes can be won. All virtual coins, tokens, and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out.

2. Virtual Currency

• Virtual coins are provided for gameplay purposes only.
• Coins can be earned through gameplay or purchased via in-app purchases.
• Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to modify coin balances, pricing, and bonus amounts at any time.
• Coin balances are not guaranteed and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear your data without using cloud save.

3. In-App Purchases

• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
• Purchases are final. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
• The Game Pass is a one-time non-consumable purchase that unlocks additional games.
• Coin packages are consumable purchases.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this app. The app contains simulated gambling content with virtual currency only. No real money gambling is involved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or exploit game mechanics, coin balances, or purchase systems
• Use automated tools or scripts to interact with the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

6. User Profiles & Community Conduct

Kawa Royale allows you to set a username, display name, and avatar that are visible to other players. You may send and receive friend requests, send gifts to friends and clubmates, and join clubs that share a weekly coin pool. By participating, you agree to the following:

• Zero tolerance for objectionable content. You will not submit usernames, display names, profile content, or any other user-generated content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reporting. Any player profile in the app can be reported via the "Report this player" link inside the profile view. Reports are queued for human review.
• Blocking. You can block any player from the same profile view. Blocked players cannot send you friend requests, and any existing friendship or pending request is removed.
• Response time. We commit to reviewing reports of objectionable content and taking action (content removal, profile reset, or account suspension) within 24 hours.
• Profanity filtering. Usernames and display names are filtered for profanity at submission time and re-checked on the server. Names that bypass the client filter will be reset and may result in account warnings.
• No personal data in usernames. Do not use a username that includes another person's full name, address, phone number, or other personally identifying information.
• Enforcement. We reserve the right to remove user-generated content, reset profile fields, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses related to your use of the app, including loss of virtual currency or game progress.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
